Kearney's Funeral Services has offices in Vancouver, New Westminster, West Vancouver and Cloverdale. Call 604-736-0268. Located not far from Vancouver's Childrens' Hospital, on West Broadway near Burrard Street, they provide free services for children up to age 12, and at cost for children 12-18. They own no cemetery, but will help you make affordable burial arrangements.
